Our Training

At Air Tech, we believe great technicians are built through hands-on training, strong values, and real-world experience.

Our training is led by Christian and Jacob, who have spent many years in the HVAC industry. They began learning the trade at just 13 years old, following a family tradition that has been passed down through generations. HVAC isn't just their profession—it's part of their family's legacy.

Over the years, they have trained and mentored two generations of technicians, sharing the knowledge, work ethic, and craftsmanship that have helped others build successful careers in the industry.

​

In fact, at least three young apprentices who started their careers with Air Tech have gone on to establish and operate their own HVAC companies in our local area. We are incredibly proud of their success. Seeing the knowledge we've shared continue to grow through others is one of our greatest accomplishments.

Our goal has never been to simply fill positions—it has always been to develop skilled professionals who will strengthen the HVAC industry for years to come. As long as Air Tech is in business, we will continue investing in the next generation by teaching, mentoring, and passing on the trade just as it was passed on to us.
